Jakarta – Nikita Mirzani’s child is scheduled to be questioned today regarding the Vadel Badjideh case. However, it is still unclear whether the child will attend the questioning or not, as there is no definitive answer at this time.
“The investigation, as I was informed, is to question the victim named L, Nikita Mirzani’s child. The process will depend on the investigation,” said Nikita Mirzani’s lawyer, Fahmi Bachmid, via phone on Sunday night (December 1, 2024).
Fahmi Bachmid also plans to go to the South Jakarta Police. This is because LM (the child) is still a minor. Fahmi Bachmid will represent Nikita Mirzani as the parent.
On her personal Instagram account, Nikita Mirzani is currently in Gunung Kidul, Yogyakarta, for work. Whether she will attend or not is still uncertain, and they are waiting for confirmation today.
“I am coming to represent Nikita as LM’s parent,” Fahmi Bachmid said.
Regarding whether Nikita Mirzani’s child will attend or not, Fahmi Bachmid said they will wait for confirmation today.
“Yesterday, she said she would come. Whether there will be any changes or other circumstances, we will find out today, whether the examination will be at 10 or 11 a.m.,” Fahmi Bachmid added.
Previously, Fahmi also explained that the mechanism for LM’s examination is not yet known. It is still uncertain whether LM will be questioned at the South Jakarta Police or elsewhere.
“That’s the technical part I don’t know. The investigator has the absolute right to determine this because this case is already under investigation. The investigator will decide, in this case the South Jakarta Police, possibly through the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit, whether the questioning will be conducted here or at a safe house. I don’t know. What’s clear is that Nikita has been asked to come to the police station,” emphasized Fahmi Bachmid.
