Traffic Engineering at Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road
As reported by detikNews, the Directorate General of Land Transportation (Ditjen Hubdat) estimates that around 110 million people will travel during the Nataru 2024/2025 period. In order to create a smooth and safe traffic flow, traffic engineering in the form of a one-way system (one way) and a tidal flow system (contra flow) will be implemented on several toll roads. One of them is the Jakarta-Cikampek toll road.
One way and contra flow on the Jakarta-Cikampek toll road towards Cikampek will be applied at KM 47 to KM 70. The implementation is scheduled for December 21, 24, 26, 27, 28, 29, 2024, each starting at 06.00-10.00 WIB. The engineering continues on January 1, 2025 starting at 06.00-12.00 WIB.
