Check the Authenticity of Land Certificates via the BHUMI Website
According to detikcom, the authenticity of land certificates can also be checked through the BHUMI website, an interactive map website that can display land parcels registered with the ATR/BPN ministry. - Open the page https://bhumi.atrbpn.go.id/peta.
- Click the magnifying glass symbol with a plus sign at the top.
- Click on Search Field (NIB/HAK).
- Enter the name of the District/City and Village/Sub-district.
- Enter the Land Field Identification Number (NIB) or Right Number.
- Click “Search Field.” Information related to the searched land parcel will appear.
