Criteria for Passing PPPK 2024 Applicants Stage 1
The determination of the graduation of PPPK participants is certainly different from that of Civil Servant Candidates (CPNS). If CPNS is assessed through basic competency selection (SKD) and field competency selection (SKB), PPPK participants are evaluated on their technical to managerial competencies.
They had previously taken a competency test consisting of 145 questions. Each question has a different weight.
Then, the cumulative scores of the participants are ranked from highest to lowest. Participants who achieve the highest scores and fall within the quota are those who pass the selection.
If there are cases of equal scores between two or more participants, the determination of graduation will be based on the order of their status. Applicants who are former THK-II are given the highest priority.
Then, if both are former THK-II, the determination of who passes will be based on employees registered as non-ASN staff at BKN and employees actively working in the government.
If two or more participants meet those criteria, then the selection will be based on who has worked for at least two years and is still active in a government agency.
Next Steps for Participants Who Passed PPPK 2024 Stage 1
For participants who have been declared successful in the first stage of the 2024 PPPK selection, they are subsequently required to fill out the PPPK Identification Number Life History List (DRH NI). This DRH must be filled out as a requirement for the appointment of participants as ASN.
The filling of the DRH NI is scheduled for January 1 – 31, 2025. Before filling it out, participants must prepare documents including personal data and a certificate of physical and mental health.
