Solo Leveling: Ragnarok Hiatus, Comic Artist in Car Accident

Jakarta -The publication of the Solo Leveling spin-off series has to be temporarily halted. One of its writers, Daul, was involved in a car accident some time ago.

The webtoon publisher KakaoPage provided that unpleasant news. Daul was reportedly hit by a car while walking.

The injury he sustained is not considered serious or life-threatening, but he still requires inpatient care. Currently, his health condition has also improved and is in the process of recovery.

The accident that occurred just before the New Year on December 30 affected the publication of the webtoon Solo Leveling: Ragnarok. The comic has to go on hiatus or not be published for a while.

Reportedly, the comic artist is still resting until this week. The Solo Leveling community has united to express their heartfelt sympathy and support for the successor of the Solo Leveling spin-off.

Webtoon Solo Leveling: Ragnarok is a spin-off sequel to Solo Leveling. The story will focus more on the life of Seong Su Ho, the son of Seong Jin Woo, the protagonist in Solo Leveling, who fights against enemies based on his special abilities.

Along with the adaptation announcement, Kakao Page also shared visuals of the character Seong Su Suho, who looks quite similar to his father. With a slight smile, Seong Su Ho appears to be holding two swords and surrounded by shadows behind him.

The comic was published on August 1, 2024.
