There is suspicion of human error causing the tragic accident. The blame falls on Jacob Bonanos, the air traffic controller (ATC) supervisor who was on duty during the incident.
The public’s attention turns to Jacob, making him a target of public hatred. While the investigation is ongoing, Jacob attempts to flee and change his identity.
Feeling that justice is not being served, Roman embarks on a search for Jacob to make him accountable. This search ultimately leads to a bloody confrontation.
