Jakarta – Prabowo Subianto has received a Togg T10X electric car from Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. The electric car can travel up to 523 km on a single charge.
President Erdogan gifted the President of Indonesia, Prabowo Subianto, a Togg T10X electric car, which is a product of Turkey. According to the official BPMI Presidential Secretariat website, Erdogan introduced the Togg T10X on the way to a luncheon event.
Prabowo smiled as he listened to Erdogan’s explanation. He welcomed the gift of this white electric vehicle from the Turkish government. The gift symbolizes the long-standing friendship and close relations between Indonesia and Turkey, which have lasted for seven decades.
Prabowo even tested the car himself, sitting in the driver’s seat, which is positioned on the left side. Before Prabowo, Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim had also received the same car. Anwar was even seen driving Erdogan around in the Togg T10X.
Anwar stated that he sees the car as belonging to the state, not himself. He also mentioned that he will return the vehicle to the country at the end of his term as Prime Minister.
